With your permission, one of our technicians will connect to your computer via the Internet to fix your problem – and you can watch it all happening live from the comfort of your own home.
A remote session of up to half-an-hour will cost just £20! – you don’t need to bring your computer in and we don’t need to come to you – it’s brilliantly convenient.
